About the Project

Your Home...

Approaching from street level, you notice the building’s chic art-deco style with five floors of condominium residences perched above convenient shops and restaurants.

After entering the secured-access building, you ascend from the private elevator lobby and enter your home, which has been stylishly appointed with luxurious finishes.  The 12-foot ceilings add to the spacious, open feel while the floor-to-ceiling windows flood your home with light and provide exceptional city-views.

Did you choose one of the second-floor units with a large garden terrace? How about a top-floor unit with a modern loft and roof-top terrace? No matter which layout is right for you, your home will be constructed with the highest quality materials and a keen attention to detail.

Designed with Convenience in Mind...

Life at 1500 is all about convenience. The building features an on-site fitness center, while the State Capitol, Riverfront Park, Broad Street Market, and countless restaurants, shops, and cultural and entertainment venues are just a short walk from your doorstep.

Looking to get out of the City for the day? Hop on a Capital Area Transit bus, stopping regularly nearby, or head a few blocks south and grab a train to Philadelphia or New York City. If only a road-trip will do, reserved, on-site parking is available to residents.

And an Eye Towards the Future...

Using a LEED design approach, 1500 utilizes several green building and development practices to protect the health of the planet, as well as the health of its residents.

Various design elements help lessen the building's overall energy consumption: high performance U-factor and SHGC windows ensure greater energy efficiency heating in winter and cooling in summer; southern exposure exterior windows feature stationary sun shades while interior windows are equipped with heat reducing shades; and the vegetated roof garden reduces rooftop temperatures by 70 degrees in the summer, while acting as additional insulation to heat the building in winter.

The building also conserves water while reducing wastewater runoff by collecting and recycling rainwater to be used for site irrigation and naturally infiltrating excess rainwater back into the ground. Use of non-VOC paints throughout the building means that toxic chemicals will not be released into the air or deposited in landfills or groundwater.

Finally, all construction waste from the project will be recycled, where possible.
